Dear Parents,

MacGillicuddy is a part of my ministry as pastor at Bramwell and Brushfork United Methodist Churches in the Bluefield, WV area. These churches are part of the West Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.

MacGillicuddy Monster is a large hand puppet that I constructed in 1982 to use in the pediatric ward of the hospital in which I was a chaplain intern. Since then I have begun to use him in my children's sermons during each service, and he has also been used extensively during Vacation Bible School.

Your child's privacy will be completely maintained if you choose to have them send anything to MacGillicuddy, whether by US Mail or E-mail.

NO ADDRESSES OR E-MAIL ADDRESSES WILL BE KEPT OR GIVEN TO ANYONE!

If your child sends something to be posted on a MacGillicuddy page, the child's first name and last initial will be used to identify the child. The city and state will be added if it is available, unless you specifically request it to be withheld.

It is my desire that MacGillicuddy will be a fun way for a child to learn more about the love that God has for him or her, by following Mac's (mis)adventures!
